2. Shipping Destinations

• Domestic (China): All mainland China regions (excluding remote areas with limited logistics access).
• International: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and other major global regions.
• If your country/region is not listed, please contact our customer service to confirm shipping availability before placing an order.

• Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM (China Standard Time) will be processed the same business day; orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

• For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package leaves China—please refer to the local postal service or carrier’s tracking tool for updates.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs authorities of your country/region.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. Please familiarize yourself with your local customs regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees or issues.
• If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and any customs charges incurred. We will issue a refund for the product price (minus applicable fees) once we receive and inspect the returned item.
